Depending on the season between € 140 and € 160,- per night per room including breakfast (2 persons)
Green Room
Depending on the season between € 150 and € 170,- per night per room including breakfast (2 persons)
Red Room
Depending on the season between € 140 and € 170,- per night per room including breakfast (3 persons)

Yellow Room
Depending on the season between € 140 and € 170 per night per room including breakfast (2 persons) 
Purple Room

Depending on the season between € 150 and € 180,- per night per room including breakfast (2 persons)

– prices include breakfast and the use of our swimming pool

Details:
– check in between 16.00 and 19:00 hours
– check out till 11.00 hours
– breakfast list served between 09.00 and 10.30 hours 
– pets are only welcome after consulting us directly
– a minimum age of 16 years for accompanied children is applicable  
– it is not possible to place an extra bed in the room
– our accommodation is not suitable for wheel chair users
   
Terms of Payment:
– the down payment amounts to 50% of the total sum of the stay needs to be paid within 7 days after reservation
– the remaining payment is due 4 weeks before arrival at the latest

– in case of a reservation within 4 weeks before arrival, the total amount has to be paid immediately
   
Cancellation Policy:
– cancellations will only be accepted in writing or by e-mail, mentioning the reservation numbe
– up to 4 weeks before arrival a cancellation fee of 75% of the total price of the stay
– from 2 weeks before and on the day of arrival a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount
– in case of no show, the total amount of the stay is due
